Hi, I am Jess.  I am a Licsened Clinical Social Worker and your point of access for mental health services in Charlotte and DeSoto counties in Southwest Florida.

As a provider, I offer home visit therapy, telehealth therapy, and group therapy options for Medicare recipients. I am accepting new patients now.
 

I can also provide referral to care in cases with limited/no funding. I will provide benefit consultation as I am able. By request, I am able to assess level of care placement including, inpatient, detox, residential, intensive outpatient, partial hospitalization, assisted living, and home health.
 

I am currently accepting patients with mild-moderated-severe-chronic mental illness. Depression including Suicidal/Homicidal Ideation, Anxiety including PTSD, also ADHD, Bipolar, Borderline Personality, and Substance Use Disorders patients are all encouraged to call for an intake appointment. Families with Schizophrenia and Dementia related issues are also accepted and encouraged to participate in the therapy experience together.
